Summary: Earnly turns your shopping links into affiliate links so you earn loyalty points on purchases. Use the platform honestly, follow affiliate program rules, and we'll keep it running for everyone. Abuse it and your account will be terminated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Earnly at justearnly.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Earnly.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Earnly
You must be a legal resident of a country where Earnly operates
You must provide accurate registration information
You may only maintain one account per person
Previously banned users may not create new accounts

3. How the Service Works

Earnly is a loyalty rewards platform. When you submit a qualifying shopping link (from Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, or other supported retailers), Earnly generates an affiliate-tagged link. When qualifying purchases are made through these links, Earnly receives a commission from the retailer and distributes loyalty points to the shopper and any referring creator.

Affiliate Disclosure: Earnly participates in affiliate programs. As an Amazon Associate, Earnly earns from qualifying purchases. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines. Affiliate commissions fund the loyalty points system at no additional cost to you.

4. Loyalty Points

Earning: Points are awarded based on qualifying purchases made through Earnly-generated links. Points are initially credited as "pending" and confirmed once the applicable affiliate network confirms the commission (typically 30–60 days after purchase).

Redemption: Points may be redeemed for rewards as described on the platform. Redemption options and thresholds may change at our discretion.

No Cash Value: Loyalty points are not currency, have no guaranteed monetary value, and are not transferable. Points may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the platform.

Expiration: Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

Points will be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these Terms or affiliate program agreements.

5. Creator Program

Creators are users who refer other shoppers to Earnly using their unique referral code. Creators earn loyalty points on their own purchases AND on qualifying purchases made by shoppers in their referral network.

By participating as a creator, you agree to:

Promote Earnly honestly and accurately
Include all required disclosures when sharing affiliate links (including the Amazon Associates disclosure where applicable)
Comply with FTC guidelines on endorsements and affiliate disclosure
Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or cookie-stuffing
Not incentivise clicks or purchases through prohibited means

6. Affiliate Program Compliance

Earnly's ability to award points depends on maintaining active affiliate program memberships. By using Earnly, you agree not to take any action that could jeopardise our affiliate program standing, including:

Clicking your own affiliate links to generate commissions
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate clicks or purchases
Purchasing through Earnly links solely to generate points with intent to return items
Misrepresenting Earnly or affiliate products in promotions
Violating any affiliate network's operating agreement

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending and confirmed points.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts or use false identity information
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the API without authorisation
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Circumvent security measures or access controls
Facilitate any of the above by others

8. Intellectual Property

All content on justearnly.com — including the brand, logo, design, code, and text — is owned by Earnly or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Earnly a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific commission rates, or continued affiliate program availability.

Earnly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of points due to affiliate program changes, account termination for violations, or third-party retailer decisions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Earnly in the preceding 12 months (which may be $0 as the platform is free to use).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or affiliate program agreements, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, pending points are forfeited and confirmed points may be redeemable for a limited period at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
