In short: Earnly uses affiliate links. When you shop through an Earnly link, we may earn a commission from the retailer. A portion of that commission is returned to you as loyalty points. You are never charged extra -- prices remain exactly the same whether you use an Earnly link or not.

1. What Are Affiliate Links?

An affiliate link is a specially tracked URL that tells a retailer a purchase was referred by Earnly. When you submit a product link from a supported retailer, Earnly converts it into an affiliate-tagged link. If a qualifying purchase is made through that link, the retailer pays Earnly a small commission as a referral fee.

This is a standard, widely-used practice across the internet. The commission comes from the retailer's marketing budget -- it does not increase the price you pay. The product costs the same whether you use an Earnly link or go directly to the retailer.

We may add or remove affiliate partnerships over time. This page will be updated to reflect any changes.

4. How Commissions Fund Your Points

When Earnly receives an affiliate commission, a portion of that revenue is allocated to the loyalty points program. This is how Earnly can reward you without ever charging you a fee:

You are never charged extra. The price you see on the retailer's site is the price you pay -- with or without an Earnly link.

5. FTC Compliance Disclosure

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), Earnly discloses the following:

Earnly does not endorse, review, or recommend specific products. We provide a link conversion and loyalty points service. Product recommendations, reviews, and purchasing decisions are entirely your own.

6. Amazon Associates Program Disclosure

Required Amazon Associates Disclosure

Earnly (justearnly.com) is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

As an Amazon Associate, Earnly earns from qualifying purchases.

7. eBay Partner Network Disclosure

Earnly participates in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate program that allows Earnly to earn commissions by linking to eBay.com. When you use an Earnly-generated link to make a purchase on eBay, Earnly may receive a referral fee. This does not affect the price you pay.

8. No Extra Cost to You

We want to be completely clear: using Earnly links never costs you more money. The affiliate commission is paid by the retailer out of their existing marketing budget. Whether you use an Earnly link or navigate directly to the retailer, the product price is identical.

In fact, by using Earnly links, you gain something extra -- loyalty points -- at zero additional cost.
